Production & Craftsmanship

All SLS garments are thoughtfully designed and handmade by founder and designer Sophia Scinto in her Connecticut studio. From initial sketch to cutting, sewing, and final finishing, every step is completed in-house to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and individuality.

Made to order means your piece is individually handcrafted after your order is placed and created specifically for you based on measurements, customization details, or design specifications. This applies to custom garments, artwork, and select specialty pieces.
Nothing is mass produced. Our intentional production model reduces waste and ensures every design receives personal attention, craftsmanship, and care from start to finish.

Select capsule collection garments may be available for reorder depending on fabric availability. Because many designs are created using limited or deadstock fabrics, availability may vary. Please email for specific inquiries.

Depending on the complexity of the garment, we recommend reaching out at least 1–2 months in advance. Custom pieces require time for concept development, sketch approval, fabric sourcing, fittings, and final construction.

SLS The Brand does not replicate designs from other designers or brands. All custom garments are original designs created by Sophia and developed collaboratively with the client.
Collaborations & Stylist Pulls

Yes. We welcome stylist pulls for editorials, red carpet events, fashion shows, and creative projects. Please reach out with detailed information about your project, timeline, and intended use.

Approved stylist pulls are coordinated directly with our studio. Pieces must be returned by the agreed-upon deadline in original condition unless otherwise arranged. Additional terms may apply depending on the project.

Production timelines vary depending on the item.
Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order and custom items typically require 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. While we cannot guarantee rush production for all items, we will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests when possible.

We offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim or locating your shipment.
Shipping & Turnaround

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order and custom pieces, these items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you need a different size and the item is eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Care recommendations vary by fabrication and construction. Swimwear should be washed cold on delicate and line dried in shade. Custom and specialty garments may require hand washing or professional dry cleaning — please refer to your garment’s care label for specific guidance.

• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
