What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.

The following items are final sale:

  • Made-to-order garments

  • Custom-designed pieces

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Personalized items

  • Sale items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to inquire about a size exchange.
